In this immersive workshop, you’ll learn how to make your own batch of Miso from scratch - and take it home to ferment and enjoy over time.
Led by fermentation educator and friend of the shop Jonah Greenbaum-Shinder, the class will explore how Koji and time unlock Umami. Discussion and tastings will go beyond Miso into the broader world of Shoyu, Amino Sauces, and other fermented staples.
